Privacy Policy
MeloCut processes the photos, videos, audio, and projects you select locally on your device. We do not upload your media files or editing projects to our servers.
Information we process
The app uses Google services that may automatically process limited technical and usage data:
- Firebase Analytics processes app interactions, app lifecycle events, approximate location derived from a masked IP address, and device or app-instance identifiers so we can understand feature usage and improve the app.
- Firebase Crashlytics processes crash logs, diagnostics, application state, device metadata, performance information, and an installation identifier so we can identify and fix stability problems.
- Google Mobile Ads may process and share approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, diagnostic and performance information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
The app does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
Advertising choices and consent
Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent before ads are requested. You can also manage ad personalization and reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android device settings. Depending on your choice and region, Google may serve limited or non-personalized ads.
How we use data
Technical data is used to provide and protect advertising services, measure app and ad performance, understand how features are used, prevent fraud, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. We do not sell your media files or editing projects.
Data sharing
Google Mobile Ads may share the technical data described above with Google and its service providers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Firebase processes analytics and crash-reporting data on our behalf. Security and retention
Data transmitted by the Google services used in the app is encrypted in transit. Google retains and deletes service data according to its product settings and retention policies. We retain only the information needed to operate, analyze, secure, and improve the app.
Children's privacy
MeloCut is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Your choices
You may stop future collection by uninstalling the app. You can manage advertising choices through the consent message when available and through your Android device settings. For questions or data requests, contact us at ezglumes@gmail.com.

We may update this policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest revision.
